Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tabi.social and Tabi products, beta features, content, and related services (collectively, "Tabi"). By accessing or using Tabi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tabi.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, activity under your account, and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Beta service

Tabi is under active development. Features may be incomplete, change, become unavailable, or contain errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Tabi at any time. Feedback you provide may be used to improve Tabi without obligation to you.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Tabi, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service through automated means without permission, upload malicious code, impersonate others, violate another person's rights, or use Tabi for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

Content and recommendations

Tabi shares ideas, routines, resources, and community content for general informational purposes. Content is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether an idea is appropriate and safe for you before acting on it.

If you submit content, you retain ownership of it and grant Tabi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

Third-party services

Tabi may link to or rely on third-party products and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

Intellectual property

Tabi and its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by Tabi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Tabi or permission to use our trademarks.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Tabi will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of Tabi.

Termination

You may stop using Tabi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for others, or exposed Tabi to legal or security risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Tabi develops. We will post revised Terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
